Golf
We have an awesome golf course right here in Iguana. Its good fun for everyone, great chance to see some wildlife and hopefully get a few balls close to the pin! $45 gets you a round of golf (18 holes), cart and clubs. FYI the golf pro shop also sells beers.
- Green fees- $15/person, Golf Club Rental – $10, Golf Cart – $20 (to play golf only)
- Golf Scramble- Every Wednesday there is a golf scramble for $25 per person which includes 9 holes of golf, golf clubs, golf cart, dinner and 1 non-alcoholic beverage. Spokes Mountain Bike Tours and rentals
We can organise a bicycle rental for your stay to make it easier to get around and explore the area for $10 per day or $50 per week.
Guided mountain bike tours are also available and gives you a chance to see howler monkeys, iguanas, a sloth and other wildlife. Also interact with local communities and organic farms. $20/person. Minimum 2 people required.

Surf Photography
Professional surf photography. Water and land shooting for up to 3 hours at any location. $125 from land, $150 from the water for up to 4 people, $25 for each additional person. Or $250 and you have them for the entire day.
Surf Lessons with board
If your new to surfing its a good idea to get some instruction to get you going in the right direction.
$75 per lesson for 1 person or $50 per person for a group lesson. 3 people max. English speaker. about 1.5 hours. Tide and condition dependant.
Massage
The masseuse will come to your rental property with a table but please provide some towels. $35 for Nicaraguan (Spanish) or $60 for a deeper massage (English).
Horse Riding
Go for a horse ride on the beach or cruise around the Iguana Property (Not on the golf course!). $25 per hour and you can go where ever you want.
Yoga
Tuesday(Intro to Ashtanga at 10AM), Thursday(Vinyasa Flow at 10AM) and Sunday(Yin at 10AM) on an epic ocean front palapa platform at Mark and Daves. $12 per person. Down dog while watching the sets roll in at Panga Drops!
Cross-fit Classes
Every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30AM at the front of the Golf condos (white buildings with the pool by Casa Ananas) there is a cross-fit class. Have your game face on, this workout is not for the faint hearted. $10/class.
Volleyball Game
Every Thursday and Sunday there is an organised volleyball game at the Beach Club around 3:30-4PM. It doesn’t cost anything, just bring your skills!
Motor Bikes
125cc motorbikes for rent $11.50 per hour, $51.75 for the day, $299 for the week. Be careful, roads and drivers in Nicaragua are dangerous!
Golf Cart Rentals – Four man, battery powered golf carts are available for $40/day or $240/week if paid in cash or $46/day and $276/week if paid by credit card. If you are staying in a condo you will have to bring the golf cart to Casa Maderas every couple days to be charged or if available swap the golf cart out with a charged golf cart. The golf carts must stay on the interior roads of Iguana.
Rappelling Giant’s Foot or Catamaran Sailing Tour

Pastora Tours (Gigante)

Aqua Wellness Resort – Go enjoy a wonderful day at the secluded and private beach of Aqua. You must have a reservation for lunch to enter. To make a reservation please call 7530-7887. As long as you eat at their restaurant you will also be able to use their beach equipment (SUPs, kayak and snorkel gear) free of charge. Aqua also has wonderful Spa.
